Mithril is a rare metal with magical affinity. It is found in caves and mines primarily, being able to found fairly easily, but in such low quantities it is not very usable. Mages are said to construct pieces of armor from its ore with the aid of a blacksmith. Some even experiment in hopes of finding other uses for the metal. Mithril unlike most other magical objects within the realm, does not seem to be influenced by the vicinity of leylines.

- Mithril is a magically conductive metal, having the lowest magical resistance of all metals. Mithril is also known to be used in some magecrafts due to this. Mages can cast in full Mithril armor with no hindrance.
