Wiseman’s stones are ancient, natural seekers of arcane power; it possesses the ability to not only locate but also specifically pinpoint the location of dormant sources of magic.
Wiseman's stone dates back to the earliest formations of rocks found around Aversia's plains and grasslands. It's dark green shade makes it stick out from the other formations of stone, though it is often mistaken for [[Wynderan]]. The stone's most remarkable properties are being able to detect magical conduits and sources within a vicinity which grows with the size of the stone. People most commonly use it to hunt items of great power, or [[The Veil#leylines|leylines]].

Wiseman’s stones show wear that dates back to the forming days of the realm. They manifest themselves in five distinct hues - each seeming to be finely attuned to seeking specific facets of magic. Outwardly they share a common, unassuming appearance - one of a dim, opaque gem they only show signs of power when they encounter a  presence of their preferred magic, emitting a luminous aura that will glow brighter the closer to the wellsprings.

Because of this remarkable characteristic, Wiseman’s stones are employed to track objects of immense power, ley lines emanating from Vikret’s domain and other minerals and flora that are imbued with a magical essence - this they all have in common.

*The variation in color is directly tied to their ability to sense Aura, Mana, Shakti, Miasma, and Corrosion - otherwise they show as dull and unremarkable. Due to these distinct aptitudes, they exhibit volatility when in close proximity to one another. It has been observed that Wiseman's stones of different colors have the potential to spark, maybe even detonate upon direct contact, provided a sufficient amount of force and a ''safe'' distance.
*The Wiseman's stone, when around great sources of mana, its surface begins to illuminate a bright green. When around areas lacking any sort of mana, it darkens to almost a black.
Aura - Red - Arid deserts

Mana - Blue - Snowy mountains

Shakti - Green - Jungle / Forests

Miasma - Purple - Caves

Corrosion - Black - Heavily corroded areas
