Mjonar was a rare metal found within the high mountains of the dwarves. It is said that Mjonar was found sparingly near the tops of these mountains and was valued by all men, but particularly guarded by dragons or other greedy creatures. Mjonar was said to be a metal Domm gifted to give those who quarrel against those with magic without having it themselves. Since then, legendary men and women have sought the metal to prove their martial prowess.
