The Sour Symphonies

Summary

The sour symphonies are a fragmented set of realms consisting of twisted amalgamations corrupted by the fracture which once stemmed from Cazius divine spirits. They take up residence in memories long forgotten, and places with dense amounts of sounds and stimuli like long lost cities, and torment the spirits who remain, devouring them for energy like a feeding ground until there is no song left for them to consume. Documentation lists that all the places they visit are changed into a black and white coloration for any who venture inside. Additionally, they are filled with an eerie silence that is almost deafening, blanketed with a pale white fog which seems to stay perfectly still as if time itself was stuck.

Yamashiro

The old city of Yamashiro, at least this forgotten fragment, appears to be the first documented case of the anomaly we now dub a "Sour Symphony", indicating the prescence of the twisted caricatures of divine spirits and anomalous environments we have now come to be familiar associating them with. It is here we first discovered the Conductor, the Symphonist, the Accompanist and a variant of the lost coined now as "the deafened".
