DM's Guide & Regulations for Dummies

From Ephimoria Wiki

Introduction

This guide will serve as the basis for any players who seek the path on which to dm events for the Ephimoria server. A structure on how to generally write down and organize your events and event lines for easy use and access, making everything for everyone neat and uniform

The general things you are allowed to do by yourself, and what you need to inform and/or ask permission to do for your event line.
