Description
Reticite is a stone-like mineral found in locations within The Sour Symphonies, a realm largely filled with horrors associated with music, noise and silence. Though it can be classified as a stone, it's use cases are nothing similar. Reticite is capable of being alloyed in a standard process like other metals, and when bonded to a common inert (real life metal), it can inherently reduce the noise generated by equipment it is used for. It can also be crushed and turned into a paint-like paste which provides the same benefit when applied to wood, cloth or leather which does not already possess a special effect.
Special
- Reticite makes no noise when thrown, crushed, stepped on or in any other format.
- It can be crushed and made into a paste, or alloyed into a inert (real life metal) which allows it to grant a +2 to situations in which being quiet, noisemaking and/or stealth are required.
